Cancellation Policy

Transparent guidelines for service termination and refunds.

1. Monthly Retainer Services

For recurring services such as GMB AIO Optimization, Social Media Management, and Paid Lead Gen management:

  • Cancellations require a 30-day written notice prior to your next billing date.
  • Notice must be sent via email to kevin@amzleads.com.
  • Services will continue through the end of the current paid billing cycle.

2. Paid Advertising (Ad Spend)

Ad spend is paid directly to platforms like Google or Meta. Upon cancellation, AMZ Leads will pause all active campaigns immediately or at the requested date. However, the client is responsible for any outstanding balances owed to the advertising platforms for traffic generated prior to the pause.

3. Project-Based Services

For one-time projects such as Web Development or Initial SEO Audits, cancellations made after the project kickoff but before completion will be billed pro-rata based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

To maintain our competitive pricing and high-intensity labor model:

  • AMZ Leads does not offer refunds for months of service already completed.
  • Setup fees are non-refundable once the technical onboarding process has begun.
  • Refunds are not granted based on lead conversion performance, as closing a "borrower" depends on the broker's internal sales and credit process.

5. Right to Terminate

AMZ Leads reserves the right to terminate service for any client who fails to provide necessary access, violates lending compliance laws in their marketing claims, or fails to settle invoices within 10 days of the due date.
