Agreement for Mortgage Marketing Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the AMZ Leads website or engaging our marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all mortgage brokers, loan officers, and authorized representatives of mortgage entities.

2. Description of Services

AMZ Leads provides a suite of digital marketing solutions tailored for the mortgage industry, including:

  • AIO (AI Optimization) and Local SEO for GMB profiles.
  • Paid Lead Generation (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Social Media Management and Content Strategy.
  • Web Development and Conversion Rate Optimization.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure the success of marketing campaigns, clients must:

  • Provide accurate NMLS licensing information for compliance.
  • Grant necessary access to GMB profiles and website backends.
  • Respond to lead inquiries in a timely manner (under 24 hours recommended).
  • Ensure all marketing claims comply with state and federal lending laws.

4. Payment and Billing

Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified in a custom project quote. Failure to pay within 5 days of the invoice date may result in a temporary suspension of marketing assets and active lead campaigns.

5. Intellectual Property

While the client owns the leads generated, AMZ Leads retains all rights to our proprietary "AIO" frameworks, custom code, and internal optimization workflows developed during the service period.

6. Disclaimer of Results

While we aim for a 60% reduction in acquisition costs, search engine algorithms and market conditions are external factors. AMZ Leads does not guarantee specific loan closing volumes as these depend on the client's internal sales process and credit approval criteria.

7. Limitation of Liability

AMZ Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to fluctuations in organic search rankings.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate judicial jurisdiction.
